Pre-paid plan cannot be combined with any discounts, promotions, or offers. No refunds. All sales are final. Must use pre-paid plan within 3 months of purchase. Cannot go past three weeks for a refill. Your credit will be forfeited if you schedule a refill after three weeks since your initial set or last refill. Cannot transfer or trade. Lash Plans: For refills lash extensions must be at least 70% full. If you can count how many extensions you have left then it is a FULL SET. I will not and should not take more than a hour to refill a set of lash extensions. No-shows and last minute cancellations without a 48 hour notice will forfeit your prepaid visit and I will NOT refund the session. If you wish to RESCHEDULE without CANCELLING your appointment it must be at the time that you contact me to reschedule your appointment. You cannot reschedule and contact me at a later date. That is considered as a CANCELLATION.
